将红萝卜和木薯洗净去皮,切厚片然后与扣肉夹好,排入深碗里。Clean carrot and tapioca, cut into thick slices and sandwich with stewed pork sliced.
将调味料淋匀在混合料内,盖着蒸30分钟。Pour seasoning all over ingredients. Cover to steam for 30 minutes.
把金菇和西兰花烫熟,摆盘。Blanch golden mushrooms and broccoli. Remove and arrange on serving plate.
把麒麟扣肉反扣于盘中,淋上酱汁,趁热与白饭一同享用。Overturn unicorn stewed pork sliced on serving plate, pour sauce over. Serve hot with white rice.
